In one of my earlier blogs I mentioned that Jamie was starting raw w/me. Well, she is seeing amazing results! We have been walking every morning and loving it (except for the extremely muggy days). It used to be that when we would go walking, she would have to take Ibuprofen (sp?) before every walk or she would be is miserable pain. This is a woman who has a very high threshold for pain. Lately, we have been walking harder, longer, and in some extreme heats, and not ONCE has Jamie had to take pain killers. From the sounds of her symptoms, Jamie was suffering from fibromyalgia. She doesn't feel ANY pain anymore. That is amazing. She is loving the lifestyle so far, and her hubby loves the shakes she makes.
As for me, I have had a bit little of cooked food for the last 3 days. Nothing major, mostly cooked veggies, but still not 100% raw. You know, when I first starting blogging tonight I was irritated w/myself, but I'm not right now. I am still raw, still going at it, and always will be! In Alissa Cohen's book she says that if you eat just a little bit of cooked food everyday, you will always crave it. That being said, tomorrow WILL be 100% raw and I WILL get rid of the cooked food cravings. I know this is the best thing for me and I will stop at NOTHING!! Wow, I feel better already! Thanks for reading!
